Absolutely super service from start to finish. Spencer was extremely helpful and informative, Sharon our contact in the office was very friendly and efficient. The engineers, Lewis and Chris, were brilliant and worked like Trojans to upgrade our static caravan roof in just a little over two days. They were polite, friendly and great confidence builders as nothing fazed them or affected their enthusiasm - even working on the roof in the rain in January and dealing with my almost constant questions with polite smiles and reassuring answers. They never stopped working. The caravan is transformed and our leakage problems are hopefully a thing of the past. So very glad that I read about SH Caravans in the NACO magazine article.

My Wife and i are thrilled with the replacement roof on our caravan and the interior work,replacement ceiling panels.The caravan looks like new inside and very smart outside. I am the Repairs & Services Manager at Combe Haven Holiday Park in Hastings. We had a major flood in December 2012 resulting in 10 owners Holiday Homes suffering from water damage. SH Caravans arrived on park within 24 hours to help with damage limitation and to provide quotes for repair. They have managed the process by liaising with the owner, the park and the insurance company to make it a smooth, efficient and quick process and taken away a lot of the stress that an owner would normally experience in this situation. The whole team, from the office staff to the repair engineers are polite, conscientious and professional. The repairs are done to a very high standard and I have recommended this company to a number of our owners with repair requirements that we are not able to meet.
