I am the Repairs & Services Manager at Combe Haven Holiday Park in Hastings. We had a major flood in December 2012 resulting in 10 owners Holiday Homes suffering from water damage. SH Caravans arrived on park within 24 hours to help with damage limitation and to provide quotes for repair. They have managed the process by liaising with the owner, the park and the insurance company to make it a smooth, efficient and quick process and taken away a lot of the stress that an owner would normally experience in this situation. The whole team, from the office staff to the repair engineers are polite, conscientious and professional. The repairs are done to a very high standard and I have recommended this company to a number of our owners with repair requirements that we are not able to meet. |

I would like to recommend SH Caravans approved workshop at Marks Tey to you as an additional company to your service and warranty repair network.
What a breath of fresh air going to SH Caravans was. I was made to feel like a customer who had spent �50,000 on a new motorhome not just another problem driving into the car park. Their attention to detail and communication was first class and their engineer had an excellent technical understanding and fixed the fault with the fridge on the spot. I was so pleased with their professional and technical abilities of their approved workshop that I will now have them do my annual habitation service, with the confidence that the work will be carried out thoroughly and on time.
