Emma Livermore

Customer Services: Touring and Repairs Department

I joined the team in June 2009. As part of the Customer Services Team. I am responsible for liaising with customers and their queries; tourer service inspections, repairs, warranty and helping ensure that their needs are met.

Sharon Yardley

Customer Services: Static Caravans

I joined the Customer Services Team in March 2011. My main responsibility is liasing with customers who have static caravans and making sure that their needs are met.

Janet Oliver

Customer Services: Accounts

I joined the company in December 2006 as part of the Customer Services Team, liaising with customers with touring and static caravans. My responsibilities now are mainly in accounts and caravan sales.

Kevin East

Customer Services: Repairs and Estimator Department

I have worked for SH Caravans for over 17 years. I am an industry trained Senior Repairman and Estimator. My present roll is as a Customer Services Team member with a knowledge of all repair requirements and repair estimates.

Dean Burton

Customer Services: Repairs and Estimator Department

I have been working for SH Caravans for several years, previously as a Field Engineer working through out the UK and Europe. I have now joined the Customer Services Team as an industry trained Estimator. My main role is liaising with clients to arrange and assist with their repairs and estimations.
